The consequences of fraud can be catastrophic to an organization resulting in financial loss, tarnished reputations and expensive court proceedings.  Fraud can be difficult to detect and can range from petty larceny to financial devastation to the tune of millions of dollars.  Company directors can now be held liable for failing to take preventative action against fraud.

I am an experienced speaker available for seminars and training on fraud protection, corporate risk assessment, fraud investigations and forensic evidence.

I have lectured on Fraud Protection at the Law Institute of Victoria and the Leo Cussens Institute on many occasions.

I have also lectured at RMIT on Criminal Law to Accountants and at Holmesglen College of TAFE – Private Enquiry Agents Certificate.

I am also a sessional lecturer at La Trobe University in Fraud Investigation.

In-House Legal Presentations

Lectures can be organised for a time which is convenient to you and your practitioners.  PowerPoint presentation and comprehensive notes are included.  CPD units apply.
